1962/1963 Yellow 7 brown front with red trim. Redwood streamer, D Fin. Keyo Deca. Board designed to commemorate Midge Farrelly's first world title in Hawaii (62). Made in Brookevale by the 6 and shaped by Midge Farrelly.

Dixon Hand crafted board

1958/59 J Dixon Port Adelaide - Dixon were also boat builders. Hawaiian design early hollow wood okanue (Hawiiann word). No fin. Wooden in appearance with metal plug at front.

1973/1974 Shades of blue with hot buttered written on front in colour. Stringer - hard rail and pin tail.

South Coaster Surfboard

Dimensions: 570w x300d x 2900L
1964. Art Deco striped deck design, tapering front and back to a very thick centre and a pyramid shaped fin. Made by Castalloy in Adelaide. Known as a pop out as came straight from a mould. Front is cream with grey and yellow detail design. South Coaster decal on front.

1974/1975. Shaped and designed by Paul Grevalle. Penong Designs decal. Single stringer. Yellow in colour. Pin tail & removeable fin. Back yellow/cream and light blue

1963 cream/brown board with redwood stringer, low d shaped early fin. George Rice decal. Torquay VIC.

Barry Bennett fibreglass and foam 1961/62

Dimensions: 540W x 250d x 3200H
1961/62 Cream with black & red stripe centrally running entire length length. BB logo, still in use today. D Shaped fibreglass fin. First of famous BB Decal. Redwood stringer, acts as a strengther. Back is cream with stringer and cream fin.

Dimensions: 510w x 200d x 1880L
1979s. single fin in blues, greens and cream. Has ankle stripe. Hand crafted surfboards by Weasel (Rodney Bedford in brackets) on the board. Single stringer colour design.

McDonagh Malibu

1966/67 blue and purple striped with yellow centre and green trim. Rolled V bottom scalloped bottom george greenough fin. McDonagh decal. Back is light and dark blue striped

1970/71 Solid yellow with shaped by Nat Young in black. Stringer central down board. Back yellow with green/bllue flexible fin (unique) with BB Decal on back. Sharp pin tail design with hard rails (first example)

Scott Dillon

Point Surf custom made model by Bob Pike in Brookevale Syd. Laminated wooden tail block and skeg. Cream in colour w 5 stringers bulsawood centre stringer.

Cut loose

Dimensions: 510w x 140d x 1840L
1980. Triple finned smaller thrusters. Yellow with green blocks and cut loose written in block letters. First of the thruster boards w small dorsal fins. Hard rail. Single stringer. Back is yellow with cut loose in large block letters in blue. Cut loose established in 1984, so can’t be earlier.

Hand crafted hollow kit

1963/64 brass waterplug screw. Competition stripe pin tail. Hollow wood. Okanue. Unbranded. Has two lime green stripes towards the base, no fin. Has tapered tail which is much earlier and unusual as most tapered backs late 60s

1956/57 original bulsa board brookevale sydney by barry bennett. Simple wood colour with wooden fin and no design decals.

1962/19639 D shaped fin. Purple/maroon faded deck panels. Fibre glass and foam. Made by Jay Bee Surfboards in Adelaide for Taylors Marine, Port Lincoln. original fin overtime has exposed the structure of the fin as fibreglass. Taylors decal on the front

1969 stringerless. White board with blue trimming and don burford decal in blue and purple. Rounded pin tail. Back lime green and white with blue trim and blue fin.
